Josh is an inter-disciplinary researcher with a background in remote sensing, computer vision and space science. He is interested in ML for social good and has worked on problems ranging from flood inundation mapping to tree crown segmentation. Currently he is working to support the lab’s open source research efforts, specifically focused on aerial image understanding.
